Do I need an existing Google Ads account?

Yes, you need a Google account. Please grant us access so we can manage it
for you.

Is there a long-term contract?

No long-term commitment. Then $100 per verified move-in on a month-to-month basis, Pause or stop anytime — we earn your business every month.

What does the $499/mo FMV audit include?

A monthly competitor audit — unit prices by type and size, active promotions, and online positioning. Findings are reviewed live in your monthly Zoom call so Google Ads performance and competitive pricing are looked at side by side.

Do you work outside Texas?

Yes. Google Ads management works in any U.S. market and we research your specific local competitive landscape before building campaigns. Our team is Texas-based but we serve operators nationwide.

What if my campaigns don’t perform?

We meet on Zoom monthly to review the numbers honestly. If after 60–90 days the math doesn’t work for either side, you can stop — no contract, no penalty. We’d rather build something that works than keep an unhappy client.
