Jonathan started his career as tax professional and worked in corporate America over 20 years and decided to leave his job to follow his passion.  He started his real estate investment journey in residential real estate in 2003 and discovered his passion in real estate. In 2018, he expanded to commercial real estate and founded Greystone Capital Group which specializes in Multifamily and Self Storage facilities. He has over 2300 units and 100M+ in real estate portfolio. Jonathan is also a mentor in the Michael Blank multifamily investment community and podcast host of a show called “Building Wealth Through Commercial Real Estate”.

Dani is an engineer with over a decade of experience as a patent examiner. In her current role as Acquisitions and Asset Manager, she leverages her strong analytical skillset and detailed underwriting analysis to source, identify and acquire excellent investment opportunities. She also has a strong managerial background for commercial real estate. Dani is also part of Michael Blank multifamily investing community.

Drew began his real estate career working for boutique investment banking firm in St. Paul, MN which specialized in the syndication of public and private limited partnership real estate funds focusing on net-leased single tenant properties. Drew began investing in real estate by purchasing single family homes in his home town in St. Paul MN and later expanded to apartment syndication. Drew has expanded his portfolio to over 4400 units by acquiring multi-family properties in Minnesota, Seattle, Little Rock, Atlanta, and Memphis markets. Drew has over $300M in his real estate portfolio. In addition to being a full time real estate investor, syndicator, and coach, as of 2018 he is Professor of Finance at Bethel University in St. Paul and lives with his wife and four children in Mahtomedi, Minnesota.
