CEO & Founder

Jonathan started his career as tax professional and worked in corporate America over 20 years and decided to leave his job to follow his passion. He started his real estate investment journey in residential real estate in 2003 and discovered his passion in real estate. In 2018, he expanded to commercial real estate and founded Greystone Capital Group which specializes in Multifamily and Self Storage facilities. He has over 2300 units and 100M+ in real estate portfolio. Jonathan is also a mentor and podcast host of a show called “Building Wealth Through Commercial Real Estate

Conrad Boyd

Acquisitions

Conrad leverages nearly a decade of accounting experience in both the public and private sectors, specializing in financial analysis and auditing. An active real estate investor since 2019, he applies his conservative underwriting approach to commercial real estate, with a focus on identifying high-quality investment opportunities for our investors.

Johnny Dao

Asset Manager 

Johnny is an experienced limited partner in Multifamily with a portfolio totaling over 1,000 units. He possesses a strong managerial background in commercial and residential real estate. In his current role as asset manager, he will leverage his extensive real estate background to manage our portfolio of commercial real estate assets.

DREW WHITSON

Senior Advisor

Drew began his real estate career working for boutique investment banking firm in St. Paul, MN which specialized in the syndication of public and private limited partnership real estate funds focusing on net-leased single tenant properties. Drew began investing in real estate by purchasing single family homes in his home town in St. Paul MN and later expanded to apartment syndication. Drew has expanded his portfolio to over 4400 units by acquiring multi-family properties in Minnesota, Seattle, Little Rock, Atlanta, and Memphis markets. Drew has over $300M in his real estate portfolio. In addition to being a full time real estate investor, syndicator, and coach, as of 2018 he is Professor of Finance at Bethel University in St. Paul and lives with his wife and four children in Mahtomedi, Minnesota.
